Beautiful New Home! This spacious three bedroom and three bathroom home with Central Air Conditioning is located on the oceanside of Eastham. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is very nearby for biking. National Seashore Beaches are on this side of town, and Sam’s Deli and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream are just up the road.

The open concept kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island. A dining area with plenty of seating leads to the living room with cathedral ceilings, comfortable new furnishings and a 65 inch TV for movie nights. Doors lead out from the kitchen to the large deck with a dining area, gas grill and a mahogany enclosed outside shower.

The lovely master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and double sinks. The second guest bedroom with a queen bed also has an ensuite bathroom. The “bunk bed” room will accommodate four and there is a bathroom with a tub & shower combo in the hallway nearby. New furnishings in these spacious bedrooms all located on the main floor.

There is a bonus room in the finished basement with a 55 inch TV and room to play or challenge each other in a game of foosball after a day at the beach.
