Description

Located on almost three acres in the National Seashore, 300 yards to Coast Guard beach (described in Wall Street Journal as ''one of the top five beaches in North America''), and very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike trail. The house and the town of Eastham are both very kid friendly- lots of books and toys in the house, and several nice fresh water ponds for safe swimming. Our house has three bedrooms, all upstairs, and a large living room with a picture window with a water view (of Nauset Marsh and East Orleans), a den, and a large screened-in porch where we eat most of our meals in the summer. There is a full bath upstairs and a powder room and shower downstairs. There is also a washer and a dryer, as well as a TV, DVD and stereo with speakers in the living room and on the porch.
