This beautiful and comfortable two story vacation home is situated in the private community of Popponesset. It is an easy five house walk to a private beach.

This house has an open kitchen/dining area that is fully equipped. The master suite is on the first floor with en suite full bath and a king size bed. The laundry is also on the first floor as is another full bath. The additional two bedrooms are on the second floor with a separate full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two full beds and two twin beds. Also on second floor is a large family room. In addition to central AC, amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, and a BBQ grill.

Walk to the nearby marketplace to shop, dine, and enjoy free concerts Thursday-Sunday evenings.

    My wife and I have owned this house for 14 years and have enjoyed it with our children and grandchildren.We live only an hour away from Popponesset and spend our summers on the cape.Over the years we have come to realize that this area provides fun and entertainment for all age groups.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is a stone's throw from the beach.The sand spit and Popponesset creek has been a source of great fun for my seven grandchidren and ourselves.We have spent many nights at the marketplace free concerts dancing,dining and just having fun.
    There are several great golf coures within 15 minutes and Mashpee Commons provides shopping and many wonderful restaurants.
