This is the house of my dreams! Great house in an unbeatable location a minute from the beach and the popular Mashpee Marketplace. It is near everything but on a nice quiet street. We could walk everywhere with our children. The views of the pond and ocean from both decks are phenomenal and provide an instant sense of peacefulness. The decks are huge with access from multiple places in the house.

The layout of the house is great for families or multiple couples. There is a second living area providing several places for everyone to relax and do their own thing. The kitchen has everything we need plus more. The property gets updated yearly with new furniture and kitchen items. Owners are very responsive and we find the place spotless every year when we arrive.

We have come here for several years and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Everything you would need is provided, down to beach towels and beach chairs. Beds are very comfortable, with a generous supply of towels. Thanks for sharing your home with us! show more show less

My wife and I spent a week at this wonderful property at Popponesett Beach on our "babymoon", and could not have been more pleased. Leisurely convenience was perfect as the property is only a scenic 3-5 minute stroll across a foot-bridge to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the marketplace. The house was also very spacious, clean, and fully stocked with the essentials needed for a vacation away from home. Plus, the owner could not have been more helpful - addressing any questions or concerns in a very prompt manner, while clearly outlining everything necessary to know in the welcome packet prior to our visit to really allow us to kick back and relax.

Lovely Property
I can's say enough about our stay. We came for a wedding at the Popponesset Inn. The property is the perfect location. Its only a couple minute walk to get there. The home is clean, well equipped and has beautiful views. We are coming back this summer. I cant wait sit on the massive second floor deck and relax in the sun and warm weather. The Popponesset Marketplace is filled with quaint little stores and great activities our kids will love. The beach is two minutes over a little white bridge and couldn't be closer. We also ventured a few minutes further to the Mashpee commons. It has everything from great grocery stores ( organic health food market as well) to fine dining, movie theater, bowling and lots of stores for shopping. show more show less

We have an absolutely wonderful family vacation at your home. The layout of the home is great when there is more than one family. My daughter and son in law had the entire lower level for them and my grandchildren. The property was well stock and cleaned and the owner was prompt in responding to all our requests. We love going to the beach and marketplace. The shops are so much fun for the kids. The music provides family fun and entertainment that you cant find anywhere else. My young grandson caught his first big fish on the bridge and will long be remembered. We will be repeat vacationers this year! Thank you for sharing your home with us! show more show less
