Spacious extremely comfortable house, close to the beaches. The house has everything you need and more. We had a wonderful time.

We just had a great stay at Margaux's house in Mashpee. Super easy check in, very clean house, nice towels and sheets and a fully stocked kitchen. There is even ping pong in the basement. We could not have asked for more. Margaux is a great host and very responsive.

Margaux's home was the perfect place for us after a Cape Cod family wedding. We included three families with 3 college aged children. The rooms are spacious , clean and beautifully appointed. The outside grounds were gorgeous. The highlight of the house was sitting around the fire pit at night making s'mores (courtesy of Margaux).

Margaux's house is spacious, well decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean. My wife commented that it was more comfortable and better organized than our own home! It was a great base of operations for our first family vacation to Cape Cod with our two elementary school aged children. The place was very clean and neat. There was plenty of space for the kids to play separately from where the adults were relaxing, the kitchen was large and well organized and the beds were very comfortable. We would end every day having s'mores around the backyard fire pit, which was an especially big hit with the kids. We didn't have many questions during our stay, but when we did, Margaux responded right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome! Home is beautiful. We loved every detail! Highlights include the fire pit, big and very pretty backyard, loved the family room above the garage and outdoor shower! Margaux was super helpful answering all my questions since we've never been to the area before:) Please do yourself a favor and take the ferry to Nantucket. That was the best day of our trip. Just beautiful! Black cat at Hyannis Port (where you catch the ferry) was on point and we also really enjoyed Sopranos Casino By the Sea in Falmouth. We hope to come back!

Margaux was incredible hostes with her house manual, recommendations and timely communications. Such a gorgeous home, imlpecably decorated and full ammenities. A perfect place and location to stay if hosting a wedding venue at the Poppy Inn!. I would give ths an A++++++ recommendation..... and I am extremely picky. I will stay again for a longer period next year. HIGHLY reccommended!!

Margaux's place is absolutely better than expected. It was immaculately clean, with wonderful amenities. The house is stocked with everything you could ask for or need, and linens for all. The house is equipped with Netflix, board games, and more, so you won't ever get bored. The layout of the house is amazing-we especially loved the upstairs loft space for watching movies and playing games. The location can't be beat-the Mashpee commons is wonderful. We spent our time there bowling, shopping, eating, going to the movies, and even visiting an escape room! It was only about 5 minutes up the road. I can't say enough wonderful things about this listing-I highly recommend it and I hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you for everything!!

Margaux's home was perfect to host my family all together. We had plenty of space to stretch out and really loved gathering around the fire pit at night. The home was kept impeccable with lovely furnishings and design. We had everything we needed In the kitchen. Grill worked perfectly as well. Margaux was responsive and informative. There is a market up the street and the Popponesset beach is a short 5 min drive away. Access to the house was seamless with coded entry. Beautiful backyard for the kids to run and play. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home in Mashpee! Close to the beach. Margaux was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Her home was beach/farmhouse gorgeous. The treat of smore fixings to go with the fire pit was a nice touch. We come to the cape every year for the PAN MASS challenge. We will book Margaux's home every year! You won't be disappointed staying in this well appointed large home!

Cannot say enough good things about this home. We booked just a few weeks before the trip and were initially disappointed we could not find a place on the water. Thank you fate: this place was perfect for the four kids under six in our party. We could sit on the relaxing deck, grill dinner and watch the kids play in the beautiful, completely fenced in yard. We saw bunnies, a wild turkey Family and a tree frog. The home is so beautifully decorated and is very comfortable. Beautiful home; spacious with a great layout and beautiful furniture/fittings. Margaux has thought of every amenity you could need for your stay. Outdoor space is large, plenty of seating for large groups. Located close to several shops, restaurants and grocery store. Our group of 8 loved our week stay here.

Margaux's place is an amazing spot on Cape Cod. The home itself is spacious but also feels very cozy - and it's beautifully decorated. There were 8 of us and it never felt crowded. The backyard is gorgeous, complete with fire pit, and the bonus upstairs living room was a great space to have because it is separated from the rest of the upstairs. Margaux was easy to communicate with and has a really good house manual about the home and tips on nearby towns and restaurants. This is a great place to explore Cape Cod, or just stay in and have a relaxing time at (Margaux's) home!

This house was perfect for a weekend away. We had a group of 7, and there was more than enough space. The kitchen is spacious, so it was very easy to make dinner for that many, and Margaux graciously provided coffee, spices, etc. The home is also very clean and well-laid out, so it felt like being home!

We stayed in this home as part of a family vacation for a cousins wedding happening down the road in Mashpee. There were 5 adults (2 couples, 1 single) and 3 babies (ages 6 months, 1, and 3). It was the most perfect home, layout, and location for our family's needs! It is very accurately described and even exceeded our expectations. The home has everything you need (and more!), is near everything, and is very warm + welcoming. Highly recommended!

This is a great house - very spacious and comfortable. We were there with our family and everyone loved it. The house itself is beautiful and the yard is incredible. It is very close to beaches and very convenient to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Margaux was great to work with and provided us with many helpful tips both about the house itself and the surrounding area. She was very responsive to all of my questions. Nice touches included ingredients for s'mores which we enjoyed on a rainy evening around the fire pit. The house was so nice that even when the weather didn't cooperate one day, it didn't matter.

Our group of 9 (two families) were so pleasantly comfortable in Margaux's BEAUTIFUL home. From supremely comfy beds to beach towels/beach chairs use to laundry soaps and paper towels, Margaux is a gracious renter. We loved coming back "home" after day tripping around the Cape each day. The kids loved ping pong tournaments in the basement, tossing the football in their beautifully maintained yard and enjoyed S'mores at night around their lovely firepit. Margaux was also very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We loved our week in Cape Cod!

Beautiful, quiet, clean, and just lovely. We were so sad to not have longer to stay! We would definitely love to stay here again if we are ever in the area!

We rented Margaux s place in cape cod for our family weekend with 3 grown children ! The house was clean well stocked and decorated perfectly for beach getaway. We loved the ping pong table and great fire pit for roasting s'mores ! Beds were super comfy and location very convenient . Host was very accommodating and a pleasure to dea with . I would highly recommend !!

This really is a dream house- perfect for a few families to enjoy a holiday in Cape Cod. Lovely deck out back with a grill and firepit, and very well equipped house. The location was great- quiet, but easy access to shopping/groceries (4-5 min drive to Mashpee commons), and about 7 minutes to south beach.

The house was perfect for our weekend reunion in Cape Cod. Beautiful bright big kitchen for group cooking. Lovely expansive backyard with fire pit and plenty of seating for hanging out. Comfortable bedrooms. Would recommend to anyone.

This was an amazing house. We didn't get to spend a lot of day time activities there because we were busy with family in Falmouth. It is centrally located to shopping and water activities. The house is impeccable. The hostess was so nice and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will ask to rent here again in the future when our family visits. BEAUTIFUL house!

The home was beautiful and warm - our small group had a really wonderful weekend there. Full of amenities and personal touches, it was clear that there was a lot of care put into this house. Margaux was extremely welcoming and provided prompt and thorough information on the house and surrounding area. She made herself readily available throughout the weekend (although we did not need to actually get in touch). We would most certainly come back.

This rental home is nothing short of perfect. By far the best property I've ever rented. It's convenient to the beach and shops. But more importantly, the property itself is so amazing you won't want to leave. The back yard is completely private, has 4 different seating areas for dining and lounging, and is great for lawn games. The owners were prompt and very helpful. Margaux has thought of everything! Her instructions are thorough. She shares her fully stocked kitchen that even has sticks for fire pit s'mores! The decor is lovely. Think Pottery Barn showroom with lots of beachy touches. The photos actually don't do this place justice. It's so luxurious and spacious. Great for a week or weekend.

Fantastic Home! Margaux is a great host and her home was ready for every requirement we had. Amazing outdoor space to lounge and a clean and crisp nautical/beach themed home with great finishes and details.

The location is 5-10 minutes away from just about any amenity including beaches, fine dining and shopping.
