This home is in close proximity to the Popponesset Inn and Marketplace, which offers fine dining, entertainment, and shopping. South Cape State Beach is less than four mile drive from the home. The Mashpee Commons is a five minute ride has incredible shopping and resturants. Spend a relaxing day at the beach or engage in outdoor activities such as fishing and golf.     Mashpee dream

    The house was spacious and clean. The homeowner was very accommodating. It was in a great location. Beautiful backyard!
    I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to make it their own for two months. That's how long I stayed and truly enjoyed it!

    Beautiful rental near beach and Mashpee Commons

    I spent July-September at this vacation home and cannot say enough about this property and the owner. I had never rented in New Seabury before, and now that I know all that New Seabury and Mashpee has to offer, I am looking to buy my own home there in the future.

    This property has everything you could want. I had family and friends stay with me all summer and enjoyed the beautiful backyard with a firepit and plenty of space to sit outside and grill, as well as the great state beach only a few miles away, and a brand-new outdoor shower in the backyard to rise off after a beach day.

    The kitchen and living area are wonderful places to have company over and the kitchen has everything you could need to entertain. I also work remotely and there is a great office in the house that I used to work in daily.

    The neighborhood and walking paths within New Seabury are a terrific way to get out and meet people. You can walk to The Popponesset Market Place for a cup of coffee, or drinks or a meal with live music on the weekends. Or have a meal at the Popponesset Inn on the weekends and watch the weddings. You do not need to leave New Seabury, but if you do Mashpee Commons has so much to offer and downtown Falmouth.

    The owner was very responsive and really made my stay something to remember. I would absolutely rent again.

    I have been summering in New Seabury for 50 years, so I know the area very well. It is just gorgeous here and I am glad the share that experience with others. Thank you for your interest in renting.

    What is special about this property?
    This home is bright, airy, welcoming but also very private. The entire home has been updated and the AC is very efficient for your summer stay.

    What is special about your town?
    New Seabury is one of the most sought after vacation destinations in New England.
