Description

Wenaumet Bluffs is a wonderful seaside neighborhood that offers the entire family a chance to enjoy the casual and carefree summer lifestyle of a beach-side community. There is a private association beach 2/10 mile (4 minute walk), with a dinghy dock & boat ramp with swimming raft within easy walking distance. Steps to Pocasset River for easy access for kayaking. Rent or bring your own.

The house is charmingly updated and comfortable with cathedral ceilings and central air. Four bedrooms (1 queen, 2 full, and set of twin beds, one bunked), 1 ½ baths, brand new outdoor shower, sleeps 9. Other amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, and a BBQ grill.

Take a leisurely walk to Pocasset Village (pizza, breakfast, convenience store, church) or stroll to Wings Neck Lighthouse. If you’re hungry after a day at the beach, it's a very short drive to the Chart Room or Lobster Trap for lunch or dinner. 5 minute drive from Bourne Bridge, 10 minute drive form Sagamore Bridge.

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation Home!

Having rented in Dennis and Harwich for many years, this was our first time on this side of the Cape and we are hooked! Pocasset is a hidden treasure and this home is a gem! We had everything we could have possibly wished for, located exactly where you would l think it would be. Very well-appointed! The four bedrooms were more than enough room for us. Huge living room, delightful screened porch and new outdoor shower completed the package. Carole and Jack were great to deal with before we arrived and probably would have been during the week, but we didn’t need to call them for anything! Great neighborhood and 5 minute walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. Will definitely rent again! show more show less

Quiet and Comfortable

My family and I loved this property. There was lots of yard space for games, a fire pit, and a great outdoor shower. We enjoyed the short walk to the private beach and went daily. Getting to the center of town was a breeze; we were able to walk up and grab breakfast and lunch during our stay. The house was spotless and we can't wait to return this season!

Cape Cod Vacation

Spent a nice week at this property and fully enjoyed the area. It was easy to take some day trips around the Cape. The house worked out well, very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Great place for young children, safe water beach area.

Amazing vacation!

I can't say enough about how great this vacation spot was! Starting with the location- extremely friendly neighborhood, private beautiful beach, waterslide for those with kids, you can't beat it! The house- clean as can be, had everything you would ever need, and a beautiful outdoor shower. The hosts- Carole and Jack could not be nicer. Available for any questions. I would highly recommend it!!
