Gorgeous direct oceanfront cottage, steps to ‘Sconset Beach with water views from every window. Five minute walk to ‘Sconset village and amenities: market, restaurants, church, sandwich shop, liquor store, etc.

The cottage was completely renovated in 2013. The interior is open concept and features reclaimed wide oak floors from an old schoolhouse. Eat-in kitchen with marble countertops and high-end stainless appliances – Subzero, Viking, Bosch. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace for added ambiance or to take the chill out of the air during a chilly shoulder season evening. Cottage décor has the casual elegant feel of a Coastal Living magazine home.

The first floor has the main bedroom with a queen bed and attached half bath. The loft area above accessed by a ladder is suitable for adults and/or older children and has two twin beds and one queen bed. Interior amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, and WiFi Internet - and linens are provided.

The exterior features a brick patio with teak table/chairs overlooking the ocean, a new Weber gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a small shed for storing your bicycles. There is off-street parking for vehicle on shell driveway.

    Amazing!!!

    This cottage is amazing! Plenty of space for 1 adult and 3 teenage girls with every amenity at our finger tips. Remarkable views and proximity to beach. Beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you could want or need for a relaxing beach vacation. Lovely gas fireplace for cooler evenings and mornings. Highly recommend this property for a family with kids old enough to manage the steep ladder up and down from the loft. The owner (John) and property manager (Paul) were wonderful and accommodating. My parents and brother stayed in the cottage next door (26 Codfish), also owned by John. The two cottages work very well together for larger groups. We were so sad to leave but will be back next year!!

    Super location & quality home

    Great use of space for small home. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Wonderful beach across the street, makes spending time on the beach easy and convenient. Walk to town center and restaurants in minutes. Owner was responsive to all e-mails. Renting again in 2018.
