Immaculate, contemporary, post and beam, 3 bedrooms in a peaceful and serene, South Wellfleet location. Located down a dead end, dirt road. You can see peeks of the bay and Great Island from the upper-level deck. This location is a kayaker's dream. Old Wharf Road town landing is a short distance away as is the ''Old Indian Trail'' to Black Fish Creek and the Audubon Sanctuary Property. The Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail) is half a mile away, and Marconi Beach is just a little bit farther.

Unwind and unplug at this intentionally wireless retreat nestled in the pines. There is no internet or cable, however, there is a color TV which picks up local channels. There is a DVD player and a DVD collection provided. All three bedrooms are located on the entry level floor as is the full bathroom and the washer, dryer and washing sink. Each bedroom has its own door leading to the outdoors. Attached to the back of the home is a large outdoor shower. Upstairs there is a bright and sunny, open living room, dining and kitchen area leading out to a large deck. The deck area contains the charcoal grill, table, benches and chairs.

The wildlife sightings include a variety of birds, a fawn and fox! Linen and towels are not provided. NO Pets Accepted. There is no A/C here.
