Located in South Wellfleet on the bay side, this home offers a large deck, views from many of the rooms, two spacious sitting rooms, a good-sized kitchen, and views, views, views. Ever-changing view based on the tide!

Walk up the short staircase to the main floor and the main living room, opening up to sliding doors and the view of the marsh. To the left is the laundry room and then the master bed with a queen bed off the living room and a full bath. To the right is the spacious kitchen. The home has a lived in, comfortable, eclectic, somewhat rustic feeling. This is old Wellfleet at its finest.

Walk down a spiral staircase to the lower level and more marsh views from a smaller sitting room. To the left is a small bedroom, single bed, and then facing the marsh is a larger bedroom. On the right of the sitting room there is another bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom.

Curl up on the deck with a book or binoculars to spot the diverse bird life, including ospreys, herons, egrets...Easy access for kayaking. This location is ideal!

All new beds throughout. Allergy alert: dogs allowed and have been in the house.

    This is a lovely home in an amazing location. Views of the marsh are spectacular in all directions. The house is spacious and comfortable with lots of personal touches and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is large and well-equipped -- better than any I have had in a rental home. The house is close to Marconi beach on the national seashore and close to the center of Wellfleet. A very enjoyable place to stay.

    Gorgeous Setting, The View is Breath Taking of the Bay. Wonderful House with anything you can possibly think of inside. The wrap around porch is so peaceful anytime time of the day!! Relaxing Vacation!!! Very Quaint and Quiet!!!

    What a wonderful property! We had a snafu with our original booking and had to scramble for a last minute rental ( no easy task - especially with dog in tow). Given our stressful situation, we could not have been more fortunate than to discover this spacious, private, comfortable and peaceful home with so many interesting furnishings. The views are nothing short of amazing. When the tide comes in you basically have waterfront property. The views are constantly changing and the many birds enhance your enjoyment. We were concerned about being bitten by insects in the marsh but that really wasn't a huge problem - cool breezes seem to keep them away. Close to bike path and easy drive to Wellfleet and Orleans. Melissa could not have been more wonderful to work with. Overall, great place for a Wellfleet family vacation. show more show less
