Rear deck with table & chairs has doors to kitchen & 1st floor bedroom. 2 stone fireplaces in living room and 2nd floor library. The library opens onto a veranda above the front porch. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths complete the 2nd floor. Basement includes laundry and 1 bedroom, sink, toilet, shower. Washer, dryer. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. No smoking, no pets. No AC.

    Home on the Hill

    Rented this house for 6 consecutive summers, and we will miss it! It's a classic Woods Hole home with a great location. Stoney Beach and town are a 10-minute walk or quick bike ride away, perfect distance for evening strolls into the village. The house has a beautiful, well-stocked gourmet kitchen. It's a great space for cooking quiet dinners or entertaining family and friends. The beautiful front porch was our favorite spot to begin and end our days in Woods Hole. The old stone pillars and porch swing create a perfect family gathering spot. Spacious and inviting, you'll love your time here, perched high on the hill. show more show less
