Relax in this charming, clean and comfortable half duplex in quiet area. It's a quick 5 minute walk to enjoy the sun and sand at Seagull Beach (snack bar, bathrooms) or paddle a kayak on Lewis Pond, which can be seen from the yard. The galley kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator, and is fully equipped with cookware, housewares, small appliances: coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, iron w/board, lobster pot, etc. The airy bedroom has a queen bed with an app ready wall mounted flat screen TV and BlueRay/DVD player. Living room has an app ready wall mounted flat screen and Blu-ray as well. Linens are provided upon special request. It's only one mile to Rt 28 for dining, mini-golf, shopping, and restaurants. Watch premier amateur baseball at nearby field (www.capecodbaseball.org). Our central location is convenient for day trips to Provincetown or Woods Hole, both trips are under an hour. Enjoy a bike ride or hike on one of the many nature trails nearby. Cape Cod Rail Trail is only 10 minutes away. Bring your laptop (we have wireless) to finish up any last minute work for the office while you hang out on the porch. Or simply relax on the porch or patio and enjoy the lovely garden, bird song, and views of Lewis Pond. For your comfort and safety, no smoking or pets are allowed on the property.

    Jim and I (Heather) have been enjoying our little slice of paradise for the last 32 years. We've been renting out our property with WNAV for more than a decade, and we've gotten to know many repeat renters that we count as friends to this day. We are always to happy to share our property and hope those who visit come to love the Cape as much as we do!

    What is special about this property?
    Our property's proximity to Lewis Pond is one of its greatest assets. Lewis Pond is open water within a 136-acre salt marsh. The views are lovely, but kayaking on the shallow clean water and exploring the marsh is one of our favorite ways to enjoy the area,
