It’s a short 3-minute stroll to your private neighborhood beach on Lewis Bay. Hungry? Feast on some fresh seafood at Tugboats or Baxter's Boathouse, both just up the street from the beach.

Take the family to Putter's Paradise for a friendly game of mini-golf or check out the Whydah Pirate Museum for real-life treasures and artifacts from pirates. Just seven minutes from the property is the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, offering endless fun for the whole family.

Stroll along Main Street in downtown Hyannis and browse the boutique shops or stop by one of the many fascinating museums including the Cape Cod Maritime Museum and the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum. Take in a live show at the famous Cape Cod Melody Tent, just three miles away.

Or drive a few minutes to Hyannis Harbor for sunset cruises, sailing trips, duck boat rides, and even pirate ship cruises. You can also hop a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.

This property is also near 27 public golf courses including Blue Rock, Bass River, and Bayberry Hills, which was recognized as one of the top 10 courses in Massachusetts. You will never run out of fun things to do, all so close to this property.

The house itself is was constructed in 2017. The fully equipped, updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and upgraded cabinetry. It has a large center island with high boy seating for four. The adjacent dining area easily seats six-plus. The open floor plan includes a large living room with a handsome, enormous rattan sectional sofa and additional lounge seating. Here you’ll also enjoy one of the home’s three flat-screen smart TVs and a gas fireplace. 

All the sleeping accommodations are on the upper levels. The queen primary features a vaulted ceiling and a private full bath with a luxuriously large twin sink vanity and step-in tile and glass shower with two shower heads. The primary bedroom walks out to a balcony with elevated water views. Two additional bedrooms on the second level include another queen bedroom and one with bunk beds with a full-size double on the bottom.

The home also has a loft level with a wet bar, beverage center, a queen size futon for additional sleeping and a half bath. In all the home has two full and two half baths. There are two balconies off the loft level providing even more elevated views of Lewis Bay.

Amenities include central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a good sized patio with a gas grill, gas fire pit and an enclosed outdoor shower.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and and non-refundable Damage Protection fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%. read more show less
