Although located on a quiet street, this home is close to so many Cape Cod destinations and attractions. It is just minutes from Bass River, a great spot to kayak or cruise up and down on your boat. As with any Cape house, you are nearby so many of the great beaches on Cape Cod. If you want to hit the links, Yarmouth is also home to some of Cape Cod's best public golf courses: such as Bayberry Hills, Bass River and Blue Rock.

If you don't feel like grilling out in the backyard, Yarmouth, Dennis and Hyannis have countless fun restaurants to visit. Yarmouth is considered the ''midCape'' for a reason. It is centrally located to all that Cape Cod has to offer, so you are able to check out the scenic National Seashore, catch a ferry in Hyannis to the Islands, check out the Truro Vineyards, or even take a trip to the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution while never spending too much time in your car. read more show less

    Welcome Prospective Renters! My wife, Joelle, and I are so excited you are considering renting our home during your vacation on Cape Cod. This is our first season renting our home, and we look forward to being your hosts. As our families recently merged as one, we found ourselves with an extra home and an opportunity to share it with others who want to experience the beauty of Cape Cod. We have been fortunate enough to have lived on the Cape for more than 20 years and are happy to provide any suggestions or guidance during your stay.

    What is special about this property?
    Our cozy house provides a comfortable atmosphere for the family. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen create a wonderful space for gathering everyone together for a meal, a game, to watch a movie or to have good conversation. The bonus room in the basement provides another area to gather especially for the kids. As the sun rises and sets, the deck and backyard provide the guests with a wonderful space to have a morning cup of coffee, a nightcap before bed. The yard is spacious allowing the enjoyment of yard games. Topping it all off, the backyard also has a great firepit to sit around, look at the stars and enjoy the company of your family and friends.

    What is special about your town?
    Joelle and I love living in the town of Yarmouth. The enjoyment of so many Cape Cod attractions, beaches and restaurants are a short drive away. Popular attractions such as the bike trail, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Pirates Cove, Skull Island, Whydah Pirate Museum, golf courses and beaches are all within a 10 minute or shorter drive from our home.
