Three bedrooms (two queen beds, 2 twin beds), two full bathrooms (bathtub/shower combo), fully equipped kitchen with coffee/tea station: Keurig coffee maker (single pod), 12 cup coffee pot, hot water kettle; toaster oven that can fit a 12 inch pizza! or 6 bagels at once! Blender for drinks, bowls for chips and dips, and more. Whole house ultra quiet Mr. Slim air conditioners, attached walkout deck with Outdoor Shower hot and cold water! and BBQ grill for all the good stuff! Toy box in the attached garage for family fun games on the huge backyard with plenty of room to romp and smash those croquet balls for the win! Adults can see the wee ones the whole time as an added peace of mind feature!

Inside the livingroom has a Sony Bravia Smart TV, Comcast cable for all your media needs! There is a DVD player for us dinosaurs ;D and a radio boombox! The dining room has board games for the whole family to enjoy some friendly competition at night after a full day of exploring. Yahtzee, Sorry, Trouble, Memory, Scrabble, Boggle, Connect Four, Mastermind, UNO, Cribbage, LEGOS. Coloring books and pencil crayons for the kids on rainy days.

Wash Ashore has your littles covered with a booster seat for infant-2 year old, baby plates; spoons; sippy cups; bibs. In the garage, Wash Ashore has your beach needs covered with two hard plastic coolers, 6 beach chairs, beach mats, beach umbrellas, fishing nets, beach toys (buckets, scoops, etc)

Wash Ashore families bring their own bed linens and bath towels as of 2021. Pillows and blankets for each bed are all there for you. Kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels are provided by Wash Ashore. Wash Ashore also provides kitchen dish soap, scrub brushes, dishwasher soap so you don't need to worry about those!
NOTE: For families flying in from abroad, please ask me about bed linen and bath towel service so you can save valuable souvenir space in your luggage!!!

Wash Ashore House Rule: Bring one Paper towel roll and 2 toilet paper rolls to leave for the next family when you depart. This way they start with the basics as they get settled!

All you need to bring is Consumables: paper towels, trash bags, napkins, tin foil, sandwich baggies, paper plates, plastic knives/forks/spoons...and food! read more show less
