    Home Is Calling

    In this farm house rental in Oak Bluffs are all of the conveniences of home. From crayons to cooking utensils, from paring knives to cleaning supplies, they have thought of everything. We made chicken curry, vegetable stir fry (yes there's a wok), cocktails and pancakes. Sure the fridge has to be open in order to get to the pots under the cabinet, but that adds to the charm in my opinion.

    The air conditioner works well, and if you are one of those people who like the cool outdoor breeze then do what my sister-in-law did and fall asleep on the screened back porch. You can play games out there too. The rocking chairs on the back porch were great for reading a book or telling that long story that two years of COVID kept us from.

    The washing machine and dryer were a God send for the Polar Bear who said her suit smelled of the sea and not in a good way. The television was big enough to watch from the screened in porch, but that would be showing off. The beds were all comfortable even if we were not in them very long, the ocean and Circuit Ave kept calling to us.

    This place is our home away from home and would highly recommend you visit this old charmer with an updated face. Thank you Emily for always being available and making your home such a sweet place to rest.     show more show less

    Island perfection

    Emily and Finbarr's house was perfect for our group. We had two families with three children total. Equipped with games, and awesome TVs with all the amenities for the kids to watch on slow mornings.

    Easy and fun walk to OB through the gingerbread houses or stroll up to the harbor to see the yachts/boats, which was perfect for us as we had family in a slip.

    Owners were easy to communicate with and quickly resolved anything that may come up. House is beautiful and well kept. We loved it and highly recommend! show more show less

    Lovely Stay at Summer School!

    This was our first time staying at this house – and it was just lovely! It's such a find. The house is spacious and beautiful inside – with amazing and vast porch and outdoor space. Rooms are spacious, lots of recent updates to the home and 3 full bathrooms (very hard to come by with MV homes) along with a lovely outdoor shower. The location could not be better—a stone's throw from the campground and OB marina, and a short gorgeous walk to the beach, tennis, basketball courts, playground, and Circuit Ave. The owner is lovely and eager to help and accommodate guests. I would give more stars if I could. show more show less
