The ultimate in family convenience: 5 houses up from Town beach, 1 block from Ocean Park and 2 blocks from Circuit Ave, the heart of Oak Bluffs.

This historic Victorian summer home has great ocean views from its wrap-around porch, stocked with rockers and other outdoor furniture, making even a rainy vacation day enjoyable at home. Indoors there's a spacious living room, formal dining room, cheerful eat-in kitchen and cozy TV room. Open back deck, with gardens. 1.5 baths, with outdoor shower.

The four bedrooms are all upstairs, 3 with A/C, master with mini-split AC. Downstairs has a mini-split AC head serving the living room and dining room.

Amenities include washer/dryer, gas grill, cable/VCR, wireless internet, & microwave. Great central location near beach, town, bike paths, shopping and all the main Oak Bluffs attractions.

Our guests all say they feel right at home.

Wonderful stay!

We loved this house and its location! Diane was responsive to all of our questions and super nice to meet. Great old house with lots of nooks and crannies.. and a wonderful outdoor shower! The most amazing was the huge porch. We sat out every morning drinking our coffee and enjoying the view of the ocean. We also loved the community feel, lots of people walking by to the beach or to town, saying hello and chatting. Plenty of room for our family and my parents who were with us.
