Located on a private cul-de-sac, this open floor plan home with southerly exposures is comfortably spacious with sophisticated interior design and decor. The three bedrooms, on the second floor, are fully furnished with queen beds in 2 rooms and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom, dressers, area rugs, multi speed ceiling fans, and much natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all professional grade stainless steel appliances and cookware for all your cooking needs and place settings for 10+ people.The exterior provides 1st and 2nd story mahogany decks with comfortable outdoor furniture, and the main deck, with southerly exposures and private, have Teak outdoor dining furniture with a fun ''TIKI'' style umbrella & gas grill.

The grounds are professionally landscaped with gardens, trees, evergreens and stone walls all around. A 5-7 minute walk from the back of the property brings one to public tennis courts and Lake Tashmoo boat landing and docks! Main Street Vineyard Haven, the library and Owen Park are only a short 10 minute walk away. The public golf course, Mink Meadows, is a short 7 minute drive from the home. Fantastic and quiet

My family enjoyed our time in this home. It is a comfortable space with many nice touches and details. The kitchen had ample supplies. The bedrooms were fantastic and it was nice to not worry about bringing linen.

The owner was attentive and available when we had questions while giving us privacy.

The only slight issue was the strength of the wireless connection. It was spotty at times due to the trees.

Very enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay on the Vineyard! The house is great. It sits on a quiet cul de sac with ample parking. It is a pleasant, quiet 20 minute walk into Vineyard Haven (which is nice, not having to wrestle with parking down in the town).

The house is very clean, with a beautiful large deck off the living/dining space, perfect for barbecuing. The living/dining space itself is spacious and very comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything needed for making your own meals.

The bedrooms upstairs are all a good size, with comfy beds.

There is also a nice walk down to the boat launch at Lake Tashmoo.

Supermarkets are within 10 minute drive; Oak Bluffs is close, too, to add variety to restaurant and bar options.

Highly recommended!

We'll be back!

We had a great time staying here! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but you can walk to downtown Vineyard Haven and the Ferry. It is clean, open and bright, with a great deck off of the LR/DR. Owner was living in studio apartment below. He is a longtime Vineyard resident, very professional, and was a great help with suggestions for excursions, shopping and food! We will definitely go back.

Great stay and very clean, attentive owner

The property was well maintained and the owner was very attentive. We had no problems upon arrival or checking out. The owner paid attention to the little details and helped us with local tips and attractions. We would stay here again. The property is located in a small neighborhood not to far from Vineyard Haven. The backyard is amazing and peaceful. We would stay here again definitely!

FANTASTIC!!!!!!

First of all I've stayed in this lovely home now for the last four years and plan to do so again in 2017. We love it! The property is exactly as it's described only better. If you've never been to MV - which by the way this will be our 18th in 20 years - VH is a prime locale. Everything thing you want to enjoy your stay is at your disposable and if by chance it is not then the property owner Andrew D. will ensure that you are accommodated. The property is clean and well maintained. Your very close to everything when you make this your hub! Come and see for yourself - just don't take my dates!! An Island resident for over twenty years and an active member of the Tisbury Fire department for the same time, I own and operate a general contracting company focused on sustainable living, custom home building, and renovation. What is special about this property?
The property maintains a number of unique qualities. Its location is a short walk to main street and village, and Owen Park on the Harbor on one side, and public tennis courts, boat ramp and docks on lake Tashmoo ( as a crow flies, lake Tashmoo is about 800 yards away providing great breeze)on the other side all from a private Cul-De-Sac in a private quiet neighborhood. Beaches, golf, shopping for gifts & food are all within a few minutes drive. I was provided a special opportunity to designed and build my own home. In doing so, I have incorporated a variety of custom design features. These special features make this home easy and fun to relax or entertain in with its open floor plan, comfortable furniture, inside and out, southerly exposures, decks, balcony, and an array of plantings around the property. Come and enjoy the home for all it has to offer.

What is special about your town?
The location of the property is convenient to all town shopping outdoor activities, water. harbor and Lake Tashmoo and Vineyard sound. the ferry is close as are several beaches. for biking, West Chop loop is at the beginning of the road.
