A wonderful property on a 1/4 acre of well-manicured land, with planting beds in the front and rear. The home also features a large, grassy backyard with a deck that sports an outdoor kitchen (grill, refrigerator, microwave),
cooking and hand sinks, an entertainment area with TV, movable serving tables and benches - awesome for family gatherings!

As you enter the house, there is a high ceiling foyer with a desk and credenza, and a split-level staircase leading upstairs. The first level is an open layout with a beautiful kitchen that has wainscoting on the ceiling and accenting the walls. There are granite countertops, a large island, ceramic tiled floors, modern stainless steel appliances (wall oven, gas cooktop, refrigerator with water feature, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee machine).

The kitchen opens to a large dining area and living room with double couches, lounge chairs, flat-screen TV and a working fireplace. Also downstairs is a beautiful bedroom suite with a queen-size bed across from a full bathroom and laundry room with a front load washer and dryer.

Upstairs are four bedrooms. The nicely furnished master suite (sleeps 2) sports a king-size bed and a bathroom inside the room with a jacuzzi, a separate shower and a double sink. On the same level, you have another full bathroom double sinks and 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, and 2nd guest room has 2 twin beds and a day bed with a twin bed underneath sleeping eight people. This allows a total of sleeping for 12, and each room is separately air-conditioned. Linens , towels are up y provided.
