This spacious contemporary, air conditioned home is set on scenic Seth’s Pond, the Island’s largest fresh water pond, and within a short walk to private Lambert’s Cove ocean Beach. Ideal for 2 families or large extended family, the home consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2bath main house and an attached 3 bedroom, 2 bath guest house.
The main house consists of a large master bedroom with attached full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and another full bathroom down the hall. Downstairs there is large living room with high ceilings, a 16’ x 18’ sunroom/porch w/ skylights and cathedral ceiling, all overlooking Seth’s Pond. Outside there is an expensive deck plus picnic tables comfortable chairs grill and fire pit.
Enjoy fishing, and boating on the pond in our row boat, or walk or ride to the beautiful, Lamberts Cove Ocean beach. It is a 12 min. ride to Vineyard Haven, 15 min. to Edgartown. Enjoy nearby tennis, horseback riding, biking, hiking trails and sunsets. No pets please. The guest house includes a living area with kitchen and has 3 bedrooms . One first floor bedroom had a queen bed and sliding glass doors
opening up to its own deck, overlooking the pond. The other first floor bedroom has twin beds. There is a full bathroom downstairs and upstairs in the guest house
On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom with a king bed .
In addition we are situated on a dirt road, in a wooded setting and have a beautiful, large yard and plenty of parking.
We are the owners of this wonderful beloved property and continue to upgrade it yearly.

Seths Pond rental

Ideal house for families. Tucked away in the woods, yet not far from shops & restaurants. Very spacious, open floor plan with floor to ceiling glass sliders that run the length of the house and lead out to a large deck with plenty of Adirondacks to relax in and enjoy views of Seth's Pond. The bedrooms are comfortable and accommodating; love the master bedroom with en-suite bath. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. The separate yet adjoining living space, was just as accommodating with 3 bedrooms/2 baths its own living room/kitchen + laundry; was perfect for the other family in our group! Very close to Lamberts Cove Beach – private and one of the nicest beaches on the island. More than a vacation home; it is a treasure! We enjoy all this home has to offer, clean, modern, bright, peaceful and all the comforts of home. We look forward to renting again next year. Lambert's Cove

Great week here at Lambert's Cove! The house accommodated all in our party, with a great deck and view of the pond. Plenty of light it this open space house with a user friendly kitchen. Convenient to all areas of the island but still plenty of privacy. Clean throughout, comfortable beds, on site laundry on each side. Great place for a fun family vacation! Short walk to Lambert's Cove beach.

We live in the Chicago area. Our daughter married a man from Massachusetts and they introduced us to Martha’s Vineyard years ago. We have loved vacationing in this home on Seth’s Pond for the last eight summers.
We vacation as a family with our grandchildren and appreciate that there is a main house and a separate attached guest house, separated by a double door.
The house is large, open, sunny and in a great location. It has a great view of the pond. Love the large deck with the Adirondack chairs over looking the pond and the fantastic sunsets at Lambert's Cove Beach.
This is the owner’s vacation home. It is recently renovated, well maintained and very comfortable. They are full of information and they are happy to share.
