The Parsonage is one of the oldest homes on Martha's Vineyard and was completely restored in 2022. It embodies the traditional Farmhouse while allowing you the comfort and ease of all of the modern day amenities. The updates were well thought out and appropriately appointed to showcase it's innate charm.

There are 4 bedrooms, and 4 and a half bathrooms. Two living areas a formal dining space and a bonus sitting area with pull out sofa for the occasional guest. There is one Bedroom with a private bath on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor including the Primary with its own ensuite bathroom as well.

This is a wonderful house for both entertaining and spreading out alike. With it's large open, walkthrough kitchen with multiple seating areas and original cooking fireplace, it is apparent that this space was meant to be a place to gather. Just beyond is the first living room with yet another fireplace, a separate den with pull out couch and half bath, formal dining room with a long custom farm table, and a second living room away from it all with a tv and game area.

The house is close to North Tisbury, the center of all that is West Tisbury. Alley's General Store and 7a Foods, as well as the West Tisbury Public Library, The Grange Hall (home of the Artisan Festival & MV Film Society Screening) and Town Hall. In addition you are minutes away from the MV Agricultural Hall where you will find the Farmer's Market and other festivals all summer long.

Lambert's Cove Beach, one of West Tisbury's beautiful North Shore Beaches and is a short drive away, or if the South Shore is more appealing, Long Point Trustees of the Reservation beach is also nearby.
