"We loved this house! It is modern/new/up-to-date, but still very warm and charming. We loved how it's basically right on the Madaket Road, but then totally tucked away - the privacy and peaceful, calm aura of the property is intoxicating. And then there's the sunsets. We have stayed in Sconset before - but you don't get the spectacular evening "show" there that is available every clear dusk at this house. Relaxing on the deck, watching the sun go down, is heaven. The house is very well-maintained: everything works well and feels new.
