A friend and I have stayed here for a couple of weeks over three years. Great location, convenient to bay beach and Rte 6, close to Wellfleet center. The huge screened-in porch and private yard are the glories of the place, great for eating and relaxing outside rain, shine, day, night. We eat every meal on the porch. Inside is very compact, like a small 2-bedroom apartment: one larger bedroom with a window a/c, one smaller one, living room w table. lots of storage space. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, full tub, outdoor shower, all kitchen necessities. TV and wireless work well. It's a walk-in basement, but has windows on all sides and is light and pleasant. It stays cool even in hot weather. Would work well for 3 adults or a couple with kids (play area in nicely-landscaped yard). The owners have never been there (in the house above) while we were there. We've had three great summer trips in this flat and are coming back this year.show moreshow less
