Lovely time.
Julia was a lovely host. The house situated on this pond was great for the kids to swim and fish. Having a beach you could walk into water was phenomenal. The house clean and comfortable. A few things I noted were someone had damaged a curtain rod, which could have been the previous tenant and no time to repair, since Julia does much of the cleaning in between. The other thing was that the house had a distinct smell, but Julia addressed it right away and got a new dehumidifier. The basement room and living area made it possible for all of us to stay, which was wonderful but it was warm. I would definitely stay here again, just wish it was a little closer to town, and beaches, but with some familiarity I am sure we would find quicker ways. There were floats in garage to use and cushions were left out by previous tenant so we didn't use them but the furniture on the deck was nice to have and have morning coffee. I will say I don't think there were any bugs at night either. Row boat wasn't usable but the kayaks were great. The inflatable boat was heavy so we didn't use it. All in all it is a comfortable home and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Juliashow moreshow less
