We come to the island every year, and you never know what you are going to get when you book a place to stay online. I hit the jackpot this time. This house is in the perfect location, nestled right on the pond with an absolutely amazing back deck. I could have (and did) stayed there all day just reading in the shade with the breeze. It's right at the start of the bike path so a right turn takes you to State Beach or into Edgartown, while a left turn puts you a block or so away from Inkwell or a short walk into town. With a/c in the upstairs bedroom, the nights were comfortable but we never missed it downstairs. The outdoor shower, which i am normally not a fan of, was amazing, and the inside of the house had everything that we needed. Amelie was super easy to deal with and so accommodating around all the unknowns of COVID. My searching days are over, and we will definitely be going back to this house.
