We have rented this wonderful beach house for our son and grandchildren for at least four summers. Actually our grandchildren call it "their beach house"! It is so well appointed, immaculate and well cared for. It is very kid friendly and only a short walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything needed for a seafood dinner and there's so much room on the comfortable deck to enjoy it with the entire family. The beds are very comfortable and sleep six easily. The bath is very clean and updated. This house is very close to Forest Beach and a short drive to five other beaches. It is a short drive into Chatham with its wonder shops and excellent restaurants.

The owners, Joe & Laura, were great to work with.

We really, really enjoyed the outside shower! The kids, 7 & 8, want one at home.

We were so pleased to find this rental far exceeded our expectations! The house was very roomy yet very cozy. The rooms were large and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. The bathrooms were updated and spotless as was the rest of the house. Of course the outside shower was the greatest.

We had a cookout for two other couples and really enjoyed the spacious patio and privacy of the large yard. Our grandchildren left their cottage and spent two nights with us. We had two very fun nights playing games at the dining room table. They enjoyed playing basketball at the nearby court while we watched from the patio. We walked to Forest Beach and enjoyed filling our buckets with shells and riding the waves with our boards.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation. Diane & Harry were so great to deal with. We will definitely rent this house again. Hopefully sooner than next summer!show moreshow less
