We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Cotuit, MA. Clean home, kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher, lovely private patio out back with table and chairs and lounge chair, never used the large grill, but it was available, washer and dryer was a great help, property was well kept and easy trash service. Within walking distance to a sweet beach with life guards and restrooms. Also included Barnstable beach pass so we could drive if we wanted to! Owner, Bob, was very friendly and attentive with excellent communication! Cottage was clean, well cared for with lovely beach decor. Near air conditioning units were amazing and kept the cottage very cool! All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes bowls cutlery pots pans and included a keurig along with spices, oils, pam spray etc! Setting was so peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the water inlet! My 4 year old grandson loved walking over to the little pier (which is great for kayak users) and to the swing set! And Sea Gull beach was so close and a beautiful beach with life guards, bathrooms and concession stand! Thank you Bob for a wonderful Cape Cod vacation! Karenshow moreshow less
