Our 1st impression was how clean the house was (we had the unfortunate experience of disappointingly not so clean rentals in the past). The location was great. So close to many beaches, restaurants and of course mini golf courses (where I continued my winning streak against my wife--who doesn't know I added this). The sunroom was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. The neighborhood was nice and peacefully quiet to enjoy an adult beverage on the big deck after a day at the beach.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic week. The house is beautiful, the views are breathtaking. The close location to the beach was perfect (considering we had 3 toddlers in tow, it made it so much easier than loading vehicles). Watching the constant ferry traffic slowly float by so close was awesome. I would highly recommend this house to everyone.
