We've rented several times on Popponesset Beach and this was, by far, the best home we've stayed in. The views were spectacular and the ocean breezes were so cooling we didn't need the air conditioning. The private beach was fabulous - our grandchildren enjoyed playing in the water for hours. The decks and grassy area were perfect - the adults could hang out on the decks and watch the kids play on the grass. The home itself was very comfortable and spacious and full of every appliance and gadget we could have wanted. The beds were really comfortable, there were plenty of towels and linens. There was even a walk-in shower with bars and a shower chair - perfect for my disabled husband. This will be our go-to vacation home on the Cape in the future. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It was extremely well stocked with kitchen/cooking utensils, linens and towels, even soaps and tissue. There was plenty of room for the kids (ages 12, 11 and 5) to enjoy a movie or a game in the downstairs rec room while the adults socialized on the ground floor kitchen/family room combo.

The outdoor space was well furnished and comfortable and the backyard, green and private. We were a very short walk to the beach which was handy for kids. Hope we have another chance to enjoy this property.show moreshow less
