Tobey Island is such a special place with special people. Everyone who lived there treated us warmly. Martha and Brian made sure that we had everything we needed, plus we had use of their kayaks on the private dock. They even called a couple of times to check on our needs.

We were a family of ten that had plenty of room and private areas too. Our family ages went from 70 to 8 and all had fun. Being on Tobey island is like a private zen hideaway, yet so close to all the activities you need.

My family consisting of grandparents down to ten years old stayed at this lovely property for a week in July. It was not always beach weather, so having the pool was a blessing. The kids loved the pool and loved night swimming which was easily done with the lights. Plus after swimming, we made some mores at the fire pit.Matt was a great host, very responsive to all our needs and requests. We also enjoyed having two living rooms so we could read in one and watch TV in the other. The decor in the house is designer worthy! The location was great for walking, which I truly enjoyed. Most mornings I walked to get the newspaper or coffee . or bakery stuff. Sandwich is a beautiful town right over the bridge, so traffic is not really an issueshow moreshow less

Our family aged 76 to 11 loved everything about this spot. The location is amazing! You can see water from every side of the house. The use of a close by private beach was a bonus. The beach was beautiful and the kids could ride their bikes back and forth. We all love to walk and the proximity to many Falmouth top spots was nice. The house is open and comfortable. The central air is great, but with the sea breeze we enjoyed the deck at night. Will was wonderful to work with and was quick to answer all questions. We are a 3 generation family from 13 to 78. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was in wonderful condition and comfortable. The outside shower was the best I've seen in any house we have rented. Half of us used that shower regularly and enjoyed the connected dressing area with hooks and the pull down shower head. It was great having beach towels and beach chairs, because It was less we had to pack. The owner, Himanshu, was always there with prompt answers whenever we had a question or problem. Access to a private beach is almost a game changer. As the public beaches are crowded and charge to park. We are all walkers and love this location for the ease of walking and all the beauty to view.
