Home away from home

I have looked forward to spending time at "my" Cape house every year for the past 20+ years. I feel the tension fade away as soon as I cross the canal and drive up the Mid-Cape Highway toward my home away from home. Its location in a quiet residential area is perfect, easy access to all activities, but far enough away to be relaxing. Elaine is the perfect hostess and available 24/7 for any concerns. I can't wait for my trip this year!

This was our first time renting Scott's house, but hopefully it won't be our last. The house is spacious with tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook gourmet meals. This is definitely the place to rent if you are traveling with pets—from the provided crates and blankets to cover the furniture, to the completely fenced in backyard. Our dog Spartacus loved to romp around outside and we knew he was safely gated in.
We had a very comfortable and relaxing week and hope to repeat the experience again.show moreshow less

This was our third year in Scott's house. I always feel like I'm coming home when I walk in the front door. The house is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has the utensils you need to cook a gourmet meal. I love sitting outside in the very private fenced backyard.
It's situated mid cape, so it's very easy to plan day trips without dealing with too much traffic. I can't wait for next summer!
