Sitting out here in the morning sunshine is a wonderful way to start your day, made more wonderful knowing that just footsteps down the trail from the back yard awaits your kayak/ canoe (property includes 2 Kayaks and 1 canoe) to take you across the pond to Lucy Vincent Beach.
