This is the perfect location for a multi-family vacation which leaves you with nothing to want! Everything you can think of is there, right down to the beach necessities, bed linens, towels, and the extra refrigerator in the garage to store your beverages. Upon our arrival the home was immaculate and beautifully decorated to remind you that you are in Cape Cod. In many years of renting vacation homes at the Cape, this is the first one that had sufficient water and pressure to allow multiple showers following return from the beach, including the outdoor shower. There is quick access to Route 6 and the Rail Trail. The home is set back from the road and secluded with a large yard and koi pond. The basement was a nice rec area for the kids.
