We have been regular visitors to this property and plan to be for many years! The setting of the home is incredible- blooming flowers, shade from trees, great decks and outdoor furniture, wonderful outdoor shower, and no bugs. A short walk leads to Dyer Pond, which is warm enough for great swimming in June and not crowded at that time of year!
Once inside the home, the comforts and aesthetic appeal make it hard to venture outdoors. Comfortable and attractive furniture and beds, towels, sheets, dishes, a fully equipped kitchen, great views of the outdoors, wonderful ceiling fans, AC (that was not needed). Wellfleet town was also not crowded in June when browsing in alluring shops and eating at fabulous restaurants- from the more formal to harbor-side! Immediate responsiveness from the homeowners.
