We had a wonderful stay at Ben and Miriam's home. The house is brand new and sparkling clean. It is spacious, bright, and sunny. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Each afternoon we had a short walk down the path to Great Pond with private beach access. We were close to everything (the bay beaches, ocean/National Seashore, and the bike path). It was very easy to get to any Eastham beach either on foot or by bike.

The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for both of our families. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower and sitting on the screened in deck each evening. The furnishing is comfortable and there are lovely decorative touches all around. We have been renting in Eastham or Wellfleet for many years and this is by far our favorite I highly recommend this rental, and we plan on returning next summer!.show moreshow less

Our Eastham cottage was amazing. Breathtaking views, easy beach access just steps away, comfortable space and very helpful hosts. We never needed to drive to any other beach. The kitchen was equipped and the beds very comfortable. Layout was great for a family of four. I needed to do some work ...the wifi had a strong signal. For dinners we mostly grilled and admired the sunsets. The restaurant scene is quite busy.. having reservations really help.

The AC in the living room and master bedroom helped during the usually hot week. In the middle of the heat wave ...there was always a breeze especially at night. We will likely return.show moreshow less

Private retreat with great sunsets over the bay. Penelope's small cabin was clean and cozy. Easy walk down to a very private beautiful bay beach. Penelope describes the cottage very well. During an initial phone call she told me about set up for cooking. Using mainly appliances and a gas grill worked out just fine. Terrific set up for one or two people who are looking for a quiet simple place to unwind and unplug. The only downside for some people would be that the wifi and cellular signal is not a fast signal ... although, with a hotspot, I was able to join a couple of work meetings on zoom.show moreshow less

We rented for many summers in various places on the cape and this cottage was a find. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the place overall was clean and neat. We enjoyed the front deck and the comfortable living area for hanging out, game playing, and reading. The pictures on the listing and description are accurate. There is a 10-minute walk to a private section of Nausett... and just under a mile to the public part of that beach. Also appreciated the 10pm quiet hours...in the small community of cottages. The owners were very quick and responsive in answering questions.show moreshow less
