Each year my daughters and I explore a new area of the Cape for a week. After reading the glowing reviews of Deneen's home, we decided to book, taking advantage of the $100 discount for bookings prior to April 30th. The house is just as described; very well-equipped and just a 10 minute walk to Loop Beach. We brought so much stuff we didn't even use because it was already provided - even found some beach towels in the linen closet! The gas grill was a real bonus, as I hate fooling with charcoal and the outdoor shower came in very handy after a day in the sand (as did the washer and dryer). The rental includes a Barnstable beach pass, which allows you to park your vehicle at any of the Barnstable town beaches, and if you don't mind some sea grass, you'll find this to be a huge bonus! And I have to mention that having a dishwasher was heaven! Although we never saw Deneen, she always replied promptly to our texts and saw that our needs were met.
