This is a lovely, thoughtfully laid out newer home that captures the spirit of a traditional older cape house -- except that unlike many rentals, everything here works as it should. The owners spend considerable time here themselves, which is reflected in the quality of appliances and finished touches throughout. Even the large basement was well-organized, well-stocked, newly equipped and extremely clean (my wife chose to do most of her work calls there).
They are meticulous, took Covid precautions very seriously, and expect same of guests (as they should).
