My family stayed at this perfect Eastham bay side home for a week in July 2019. We have been vacationing in Eastham for nearly 10 years now and this was one of our top rentals. The house was extremely comfortable and well equipped for our family. Our children aged 5 and 8 enjoyed the close proximity to the private bay beach where we could easily walk to enjoy the warm bay water. The kids enjoyed using the generously provided beach toys, video game systems and board games. The kitchen was well equipped and the nice gas grill allowed us to enjoy grilled meals out doors at the table on the spacious deck. The washer and dryer are a nice touch for a busy and active family! The outdoor shower was big hit with my kids and kept the house sand free! Our family biked around the quiet neighborhood near Campground beach and also drove our bikes over a short distance to utilize the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful home again this year for our family vacation. We felt confident based on our outstanding experience staying at the home the previous summer that we would be comfortable in this immaculate, comfortable and well equipped home. Due to the pandemic, we expected and planned to spend more time at the house for meals, and this house has all you need in the kitchen. The kids loved playing in the yard during our down time from visiting the private beach just a short walk down the road. The central AC kept us comfortable during the humid days, and we ate our meals outside on the spacious deck. We will be return renters next year and hopefully many to come.show moreshow less

We so enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous, well equipped bay side home! Our family of 4 loved our stay at this beautiful house a minute's walk from a deeded access bay beach that was also walking distance to Campground beach and The Landing where our preteen kiddos enjoyed biking to, for snacks and ice cream. The clean, modern, bright house was plenty large enough for our family of 4 and would have certainly accommodated another small family to join us! The 2nd story deck offered breathtaking sunsets! The finished basement space gave us entertainment during our one rainy morning with the pool table and television. The outdoor shower and central vacuum system allowed us a sand-free stay, while still enjoying our frequent visits to the beach. We would certainly happily stay here again.show moreshow less

Our family of four so enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful home! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and had very well equipped kitchen for cooking and grilling. As an active family we appreciated the location of the house being in close proximity (easily within walking or biking), to the bay beaches, the bike trail and safe options for walking or running. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The linen service was a wonderful option that eliminated our need to pack those items and gave us more car space! The washer and dryer worked well so we could run a wash towards the end of the week.

Mary was so kind and helpful and answered our questions in a very timely way. She checked in via email to make sure we were comfortable and to let us know to reach out with any questions. The home also included a well put together resource binder that answered any all all questions we might have had as well as some recommendations for activities and restaurants local to Eastham.

We would recommend staying at this property again! Beautiful location, safe, comfortable and a great location to bay and ocean beaches, as well as Orleans and Rt 6 for any other Cape travel. We truly felt right at home.show moreshow less
