Start to finish this was an easy rental. Booking response was quick and accurate. Easy door lock code meant we didn't have to worry about who had house keys when we left and came back at different times. Stayed for two weeks, how nice to pack for one and just run laundry in the basement. The bonus room with the futon was a nice overflow space.
Not the homeowners fault, but we found the super close beach (literally took me 3 min 20 seconds to walk there) not really a swimming beach. I mean you could, but rough sand, very small beach area, and lots of boats docked just beyond swimming area. Instead we paid the $25 daily charge at Seagull Beach (1.1 mile away). It was a beautiful beach with soft sand and plenty of space to spread out.show moreshow less
