We had a lovely vacation in Brewster at this delightful home in a very quiet neighborhood close to the Bike Trail and to Nickerson State Park. The bayside beaches, freshwater ponds and the National Seashore are all just minutes away. The home was very comfortable and the large backyard offered lots of privacy and many bird sightings. One evening we watched several turkeys snuggling together in the trees for a restful night-quite a memorable sight!
The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything required for cooking, grilling and baking. There were numerous pantry items including spices, etc., which made meal preparation easy. The internet worked well throughout the home and was available outside on the deck! We had lots of hot days and nights in July so we appreciated the air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms to keep the place comfortable.
We enjoyed relaxing dinners on the deck and saw many fireflies in the evenings just after the Fourth of July-a special treat! We loved the convenience of the (hot water) outdoor shower and the shed for our many beach toys. Mary was extremely helpful, clear and prompt in all communications and she returned the security deposit right away. We'll definitely look forward to renting this lovely home the next time we need a Brewster vacation!
