My family of four has rented in Eastham or Wellfleet for the past 22 years and this was definitely our favorite home yet. Not only is the location perfect, right on the bay with beautiful views, easy access to the beach, and the sound of the ocean while going to sleep each night, the home itself is exceptionally outfitted. Quality furnishings, whimsical decorations throughout, and most appreciated an incredibly well stocked kitchen that my husband (who is a professional chef) especially enjoyed - as we did we when eating!

Pam was easy to communicate with. We also liked full cable and two TVs, the option of air conditioning (which we didn't end up using) and the fact that the home was solar powered. We cannot wait to return!show moreshow less

We just loved this home, especially its proximity to the water. Often when we have rented waterfront, the beach and the water were in sight but a bit of a trek. Not this time, it was an easy walk to the beach which was usable and very private even during high tide. There is a small ladder to the beach at the end of the path but we found it manageable with no problems (ages ranging from early 60s to teens). We did have some concerns that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms but that was not an issue at all with the constant breezes from the bay. We even used the fireplace a couple of evenings. The bedrooms are small but fit a bed, dressers and nightstands just fine. Bathrooms are new and roomy. Kitchen was especially appreciated, large and stocked with anything you could think of wanting and more. Large living room with comfortable furnishings. Decks offered plenty of space and options of sun and shade. Neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking and biking among the streets. Sunsets and views were perfect and we loved watching a storm roll in and out through the large windows throughout the home. We found the owner to be pleasant and responsive, our security deposit returned without issue.show moreshow less
