We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. The condition is excellent: modern, comfortable, clean. The screened porch is a delightful space where we spent most of our time. The owners were very polite and responsive to all of our questions. The location is a big plus. A short drive to all of Orleans' attractions. Short walk to coffee, brunch, groceries, liquor. Minor minuses: not on the water, no special view, no washer/dryer (as of summer 2021). Overall though, we give a big thumbs up to the Summer House for the Orleans experience!show moreshow less
