We loved our 2 week stay at The Summer House. The cottage is immaculate, lovingly restored and beautifully decorated. My favorite spot was the large, screened-in porch which looks out over the garden and back yard studio. The porch, yard and studio were perfect play spots for our busy 2 year-old granddaughter. We had ALL the weather- rainy and cool, hot and muggy plus a run of perfect days. We were comfortable through all of them.
The location is ideal - close to 2 beaches and a walk to Nauset Farms, a great place for morning coffee, sandwiches for the beach and quick dinner fixings. Jim was an ideal host, checking in regularly via text and there whenever we needed anything.show moreshow less
