Perfect summer cottage!
September 2025
The Summer House is truly the ideal Cape cottage! It is homey and comfortable, but also beautifully appointed and charming! It's wonderfully located in Orleans and walkable to shops, ice cream, and a local market. Jim and Barbara are terrific hosts and incredibly helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend it highly enough!
