My family has rented homes at Cape Cod for several years and this was one of the nicest we've stayed at. The location is great--near beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores, and, downtown Chatham is only a few miles away. The house was clean and spacious, perfect for my family of 5 adults (and a couple of visitors during the week). Betsy's suggestions were spot on--we especially loved nearby Ridgevale Beach, Pate's Restaurant and Marion's Pie Shop! Betsy's communication before our stay was excellent and she was always available for any questions during the week. The bikes and big back yard with the nice deck were also a bonus.
