Great location and privacy

I lived in this unit during the school year and it was perfect for my needs! The house has everything you could need, plus some wonderful extras - an outdoor shower, two levels of decks, and a cozy gas fireplace. Lots of trees around the house make it feel very private. Being so close to South Beach was also great! Kathleen was very friendly, flexible, and responsive.
