We absolutely love our vacations at this house. The location can't be beat, with it being steps from the beach, and the house is absolutely beautiful. If we're not on the beach, we spend most of our time on the huge deck with fantastic views, especially at sunset. The living area is super comfortable and it's great that there are two living areas, especially with kids. The bedrooms are wonderfully set up for a vacation with extended family and is super close to the restaurants in Sandwich. The house has AC, which is so nice after a hot day at the beach. The beach is not super crowded and full of people who have been vacationing in East Sandwich for years. The best part about the beach - the bonfires! Getting to do s'mores with the kids on the beach is absolutely a highlight of our trip.

The owners take such great care of the house and it's a perfect venue for a vacation full of wonderful memories. This was our third year and we will absolutely be back next year!show moreshow less
