We had a big checklist when searching for our vacation house and this property surpassed our expectations on so many levels. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to a small beach and about a 20 minute walk into downtown Hyannis. The house itself was amazing! From beach chairs and towels to games and more, every detail was thoughtfully provided. There was plenty of space for the whole family that came from Connecticut, Boston and Maine. Even with so many people in the house, you could always find a quiet place to hide away in to catch up on a good book. The "gourmet" kitchen is the heart of the house and was extremely well stocked. It was easy to have multiple chefs cooking in there at the same time. It was a lot of fun gathering around and cooking together, catching up with each other. We enjoyed chilling out on the multiple decks watching ferries, a sailing school and even the occasional pirate ship go by while taking in some sunshine. The host was incredible and easy to work with. She was wonderful helping us work through a small family emergency. We will definitely be back next year to enjoy this wonderful paradise found!show moreshow less
