We had a wonderful week at this South Chatham home and would absolutely stay here again. The house was spotless and exactly as described. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out comfortably while still feeling warm and welcoming.
The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and we appreciated all the thoughtful extras like the beach chairs, bikes, games, and outdoor amenities. The grandkids loved the bunkbeds and all the games! The large backyard and deck quickly became our favorite gathering spots for morning coffee, family dinners, and relaxing evenings.
The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, downtown Chatham, and great restaurants, yet tucked away on a quiet road that made for a peaceful retreat. Ridgevale Beach was the family favorite!!
Most importantly, Betsy was a fantastic host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from booking through checkout, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her guests' experience.
