We have been renting on the Cape for many years. This home is one of the best we've rented! Exactly as pictured; very clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated the nicely appointed kitchen with everything you could need - even a wine fridge. We especially enjoyed the upper deck and loft room. Very airy with wonderful views. The parking lot was a non-issue for us; as noted in the description, it is small and there is no overnight parking, and the fence assured privacy. Literally steps to the beach. The beach is long enough for a nice walk and is child-friendly. Gail and Brian were helpful with restaurant recommendations and responded promptly to questions. Would recommend.show moreshow less
